Refund policy
We take great care in packaging our ceramics, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@limpatience.com within 5 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged piece(s), the packaging, and your order number so we can make it right.
Due to the handmade nature of our work, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on undamaged items. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in shape, color, or texture are part of what makes it special.
If you have any questions before placing an order, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help. You’re also welcome to visit our studio or one of our retail partners to see the pieces in person.
