Are you shipping internationally?

We only ship to the US and Canada at the moment. If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an email so we can give you a quote for the shipping costs.

Is your Pottery dishwasher safe?

Our dinnerware can be placed in a dishwasher but we always recommend hand washing.

Can we come visit your studio?

Of course! Our store is open from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday and you are welcome to visit our studio in those hours. You can also contact us ahead of time and make an appointment with us too.

Returns

If your order arrived broken, please take a picture of the damaged pieces and their package and send them to us so we can take care of your return.
We cannot offer exchange or returns for undamaged pieces, if you have any questions prior to make a purchase, feel free to send us an email with any questions you may have. You can also come see our work in person at our studio or one of our retailers.

Can I put your products in the oven?

We do not recommend using our dinnerware to cook in an oven. However you could place them in the oven for a very short time at low temperatures to keep warm. (180 F)
